Today's photo is courtesy of my Dad this week.
We had a BBQ at Mum and Dad's place last weekend and Dad created this gem.
He's quite the cook, actually. He's forever watching the cooking shows on Foxtel and trying new things...lucky Mum, hey??
I remember as a kid, making profiteroles with him. Yummo!!!!!
I can still see them today and they were delish.
So, we arrived at Mum and Dad's and this was put on the table, as an entree.
It's called a Layered Antipasto loaf, and it was yum...Absolutely delicious!!
