He was up early and woke everyone, I might add.
At least I was on time on the first day, despite a flat car battery. LOL
We met Miss O'Sullivan, who is his teacher this year.
After being so excited early, he was a little apprehensive about his surroundings. I think because it was all new to him. A new classroom, a new teacher, some different kids as well as some that he was with in Prep. He sat next to his little friend Jack, which made him feel right at home.
On pickup this afternoon, he was fine. He'd had a good day and learnt what his classroom routine was and how to spell Joeys...that's his class name.
He was very proud of himself!
Before we headed off this morning, I had to take the ritual "first day" pics, and Miss Ella wasn't missing out, although I did get a few of Zac on his own too.

Glad enjoyed his first day of school. That's an important step to set up a positive year. The photos are lovely too

Very jealous to read about your fab time in Tamworth .... every year we say "we should go up there next year!" ... one day we'll get there.
Glad to hear Zac settled in for another year of school ... my baby started high school today ... gosh time flies!
What a grown up little boy! He does look very proud of himself :). I'm glad that he's settled in well.
