Zac and I went into the City yesterday to see Picasso and his collection. It's here til Mid September before heading back home to Paris.
We saw over 80 pieces of art...Paintings, sculptures and drawings. After he'd made a name for himself, he swapped paintings with the likes of Matisse, Modigliani and Renoir for a paining of his.
You could see his work change through the years. Quite amazing really.
There was a photo in the Collection that had many painters and writers during his time in it...Can you imagine what that would be worth?
It was a great day out...very enjoyable.
In the park on the way out, they had a kids activity making megaphones and blowing on these huge horns. Zac loved it!
Then it was off to the train for the ride home, which was another adventure!

sooo jealous of you..i almost flew in for this one...and dont get me started on the warhol collection....when will they bring a collection to sydney...
Woo what a grown up Mind Zac must have Chelle (too cute) and wooooo how awesome is that horn... Now Zac did you get it to make a noise is what I want/need to know xxx
