Retreat Challenge Layout

One of the Challenges we have at every Retreat is by my friend Manda.
She comes up with the best Challenges and this Retreat was no different.

 I chose this quote:
"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes.
You can steer yourself in any direction you please"

I chose this quote because I have made a major change in my life.
After being overweight for many years, this year it was time to change it.
I've certainly achieved a good goal this year, but that's for another post.
