We've been enjoying our September school holidays.
I've been painting like crazy. Painting the walls in our new stairwell has kept me very occupied this week.
Onto the next stage now and we are getting a wall built before the plasterer arrives.
Tiling, flooring, more painting..it goes on.
Lots to do, but we are getting there.
Onto my Friday Foto. For those that aren't Brissy locals you may not have seen one of these before?
I thought everyone knew what a scrub turkey was, until my friend Maz, who lived in Perth at the time was shocked and asked me "What was that?" as a big black scrub turkey walked through our front yard.
They are annoying creatures. They dig up my garden, pull plants out and poop on my front stairs.
I've even caught one sitting on my car's roof racks!
They live in our big Mango tree in the corner of our back yard.
Last count we had 13 living up there.
They are the bain of my existance!
On a brighter note, I'm doing some scrapping while watchig the footy tonight.
Can't wait!
Go the Titans!!

Oh, I remember those scrub turkeys when I used to live in Brissy! Pests! lol...
